I am an experienced, passionate and dedicated Science & mental health focussed Yoga & Meditation teacher. Located in the beautiful city of Sydney, Australia, I offer a unique blend of traditional yoga practices, tailored specifically for school environments. Through the integration of movement, breath, and mindful meditation, I aim to empower students to cultivate a healthy mind-body connection.

8-Week Yoga Program for Students

Students complete the program with practical tools and knowledge to support their health & well-being.

Professional Development for Educators

Workshops offered:

Workshop 1: Avoiding burnout - intro to a simple daily home yoga practice to cope effectively with work pressures and burnout.

Workshop 2: Breathing Principles - Dive deeper into principles of yoga practice and learn how to pass on three simple breathing techniques to teens in your classroom. Useful to ease students' nerves before exam or as a classroom management strategy.
